Paris Pied-à-Terre (PPAT) Residence Club is a natural extension of Paris Pied-a-Terre Vacation Rentals, which has been successfully run by owners Charla and Walid since 1998. Over the past ten years they have perfected the art of catering to discerning travelers from around the world and have assembled a management team that knows how to provide first-class personal service.

Charla

After sailing around the world for eight years with my parents, I jumped boat in Australia and then moved to Paris, where I have been living for the past 20 years. I am now an independent journalist and fashion editor for Madame Figaro and Vogue Australia magazines, among others.

Walid

I have been living in Paris for over twenty years too. First a relentless entrepreneur then a Business Angel, I now proudly -- and happily -- devote my time to managing our family's vacation rental and fractional ownership business.

Charla and I met at a friend's birthday party in Paris over 20 years ago. Believe it or not, we are both born on the same day. We have two children: Cooper-Kheir (right) and Cassia-Amira (left). They keep us very busy.
