Reassuring Legal Structure -
Extreme care must be taken while putting together a fractional ownership deal -- especially in France where the legal and fiscal repercussions can be tricky for foreign investors. We have worked with Andy Sirkin, an American lawyer who specializes in international fractional ownership, to develop our legal structure. Ownership in the Paris Pied-a-Terre Residence Club is acquired via a Homeowners Association in the United States. Owners can sell, gift or will ownership interests at any time, and any transfer of ownership takes place under U.S. law.

A unique advantage of Paris Pied-a-Terre Residence Club is our sister company, Paris Pied-a-Terre Vacation Rentals. If you wish to come a week other than the ones guaranteed to you, we will do our best to accommodate you in one of our other apartments. Or if you own a 1-bedroom but wish to bring extended family one week, we can arrange for you to stay in a larger apartment. Longing to visit other parts of France too? You'll be able to stay in our Provence house or any of the other Club properties we plan to add in the future.
