    You can definitely invite friends and family, but no pets are allowed nor any smoking.

    Children are very welcome in our properties. However, we do not treat them any differently from adults, as they require as much attention and they too need to sleep in a bed. If there are babies, we will provide a crib.

    You can swap one or more of your weeks for one of our larger apartments at Paris-Pied-à-Terre. We will then try and rent your weeks out. Should there be a difference between the rental income and the rental cost of our apartment, you only pay that difference.

    You have the right to swap weeks with other properties within the Paris Pied-à-Terre group, including our lovely house in Provence. Obviously sometimes there will be a difference in the value of the weeks, this might entail a small supplement payable to the management firm, or, the other ...

    We can always arrange for you to use some other weeks from the inventory of weeks that we own, or alternative accommodations from any of the other apartment that we own.
